I guess its like having one ice cream flavor that you keep going back to, because you are absolutely sure that there's nothing better. then someone introduces you to this new flavor. you think its good, so you keep on getting this new one. you might have fallen out of love when you realize that you dont miss your old favorite at all. its not that you dont like it anymore, its just that you're not as attached to it as you used to.
